Unlocked items are now locked again

I am resuming playing BF5 for the first time in a while.

My player rank is 120 and my class ranks are all 20. I have completed all of my class special assignments from when I used to play and have also received all of my rewards.

However, I recently noticed that the costume skins that were unlocked by those assignments are now locked again.
Also, I don't know if it has anything to do with this, but my shovel, which I used to love as a melee weapon, was locked again with the update about the Pacific and is still unusable.

Do you have any information on this issue?

    @Satojomov Which platform are you playing on? Can we check there is not a separate account that was played on previously?

    @EA_IlliumHello.  I have purchased BFV Deluxe Edition on Origin. I have not played this game on any platform other than PC.

    Is there any solution to this problem?

    My first message was probably not clear, so I'll add more details again.

    I purchased the PC version of BFV from Origin. I do not own it on any other platform.

    I found that the camouflage on the tops of the Paladin, Illusionist, Highlander, and Phantom are locked, and the message says to unlock them through special assignments. The bottoms, on the other hand, are all unlocked. The class ranks are all 20, and all special assignments associated with the class have been received and completed previously. Therefore, will not find these in the mission list already.

    I am not certain, but I believe they were previously available without problems. When I restarted the game this year, I noticed that these were locked again.

    The shovel is also locked, although I don't know if it's related to that. I also unlocked this before and used it a few times, but it was locked after one of the updates and remains unusable until now.

    There was some confusion, but in the end the problem was solved with the help of EA advisors. Thank you.
