I'm not sure if I'm the only one with this problem but I completed the last tiger campaign with trophies and letters found in completed and it didn't unlock the tiger skin I even replyed the mission ...

Did you checked your Armory after you completed all.?
There was a bug with it when Update 6.2 was released with Tank Body Customization and Last Tiger skin was not unavailable for all player.
All is fixed and players were able to claim their skin in Armory
Check it and get back here. 🙂
