Hi there , i was playing BTF5 , i left game in the middle of battle and on my support class,i cant acces bren(for lvl 8 ),even iam lvl 11 on my support class ,also i bought weapons from older campaigns.... and then i payed for premier i started to see thah guns twice ( viz screenshots) and bug stills occuring every time im in company menu.... i made sure that i deleted all cloud saves ( for windows and origin,btf) and reinstalled completly windows ( i formated whole hdd)and...guess what ? its still the same,i dont get it...its still happening even i reinstalled windows and game ☹️
Dear @GaunerBoy1989 , I'm very sorry to hear all the trouble you had and steps taken finding a solution for this issue.
At one point the issue might be common. Currently weapons do not unlock even as skins.
I have the following advice for you:
1. See this topic and find more gamers having this issue.. You're not alone - It's not Windows or other equipment on pc. Save you the time. Missing content bug
2. You might want to see @StRaXD his post which might have the workaround for you : Workaround
"The mode practice vs players, level up and then all should unlock"
3. Check this topic from EA about missing items (normal causes) EA FAQ missing items
4. Contact support : Although myself got advised to wait for a fix , the dutch section of Answer HQ advised to contact support as they have tools to synchronize the account again.
