Why I always have to play the intro

Every time I open the game on the pc I have to play the intro and my key map controls have been reset what can I do?

Thank you but I don't really help because the folder doesn't exists to me either do you know any other solution?

So something is blocking Battlefield V from saving in the document folder. Make sure there is no program that is blocking Battlefield V such as fire wall and anti virus.@poukseriseimaigw
