[Xbox One] Game thinks I’m a trial player

Xbox One X player, I have owned the game since November of last year, but ever since the new update the game recognises me as a trial player and locks me out of multiplayer modes.

i have done a full reinstall and a full system power cycle, problem remains.

ive checked other posts on the board so far and seem to have found a handful of people experiencing the same issues as me, this seems to be an EA problem.

I can't play BFV, it's on a trial mode thing and it's telling me to upgrade the game, even though I already had buy it since the release, why this is happening?

i have the same issue

Ive had the game since launch and now it thinks im a trial player as well. Ive power cycled and all that jazz. I can see the new pacific content other than maps, i cant server browse or join multiplayer matches. It still has all my unlocks ive made over the year i just cant connect to online game modes

I'm having the same exact issue on the PS4, got EA access and downloaded the game, it thinks I'm on the trial, I've cold booted, cache refreshed, renewed the licenses then reinstalled, I'm not game sharing or anything of the sort..

Three days now and I can't even play the primary reason I got EA Access, this just ain't alright.

So i recently tried to reinstall bf5 and it went fine yet i cant play online becuase im a trial player even tho i own the deluxe disc version of bf5, and becuase of this it says i need to to upgrade to the full game 

This is really pissing me off becuase when i first got the game close to when it came out everything worked fine now i cant do anything

The second thing is i legit cannot connect to ea servers at all when before the Pacific theater dlc i could at least connect to online but now its completely broken and i cant do anything besides play the campaigns

I payed $80 for this game and yet half of it is completely unplayable 

Idk if its a hardware problem with me using the first version of the xbox one or what but i knw my wifi can handle bf5, this is turning into a real problem just like star wars battlefront 2 crashing all the time. Such great games but very broken to say the least

Summarize your bug Since the update, I am being recognised as a trial player for some reason. The only modes I can access are War Stories & Practice, no multiplayer. Whenever I try to play multiplayer, I am prompted with a 'This content is not available to you as a Battlefield V trial player'. Then linked to the BF store where I can purchase either edition of the game. Microsoft Store still recognises that I purchased and own the game. I am not a trial player and have owned the standard edition since very soon after release day. I have no idea how to fix and have had no response from social media help teams all day. Anyone have any idea?
