Custom Playbooks are still a waste of time and don't work

Summarize your bug Custom playbooks remain completely busted, impressively broken for a feature that has been around forever. Sets and plays are constantly missing from them when you actually go to use them and no amount of other steps in playbook editor will get them to show up.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a custom playbook, go into a game and try to find all of your sets, see that some are missing
What happens when the bug occurs? All of the time spent on making a custom playbook and setting up the gameplan is wasted
What do you expect to see? All of the formations, sets, and plays that i put into my playbook

See above, custom playbooks are somehow still broken months into this game and its completely unacceptable
