1500+ hours, haven't blocked a single punt

Does the team know that it's basically not possible to block a punt?

I thought I was on to something in practice mode, I can block a punt ~50% of the time (straight rush vs max cover), but it's just not possible in-game.

I can block Field Goals, extra points but not punts.
