Online Dynasty - Removed User Still Showing up as Active?

In my online dynasty, we had a user (playing as Kentucky) who was somehow removed from the league without him actually leaving. He’s no longer on our members list but it still shows Kentucky as a user team in schedules and for the custom coach. We’re now having issues with it cause people in the SEC can’t play their games against Kentucky since it’s treating it like a user vs user game. Has anyone experienced this or know what to do to remove the active status at this point? Thanks!
