1. "Marching Bands in general seem to be not in time when marching".
2. "WVU's marching band seems to be in the stands and on the field at the same time".
Both of these items exactly. I haven't played at WVU yet, but Marching Mizzou's pregame marching looks horrible. (I was in Marching Mizzou as an undergraduate, and then did my graduate work at WVU.)
Please make the marching bands march in step!

It's kinda funny how they are all "marching to the beat of their own drum." They are also random in the stands. I know zero about animation, but it seems like it would have been easier to make each person do the exact same thing, AND look more authentic. I wouldn't mind them looking so bad if there was more music in the game.
