Bug with Dynasty Coach not getting coins/points upon leveling up

It has happened to me a few times now where my coach levels up, I get the +10 animation during the level up bar, but the points don't actually appear. And this is at low levels so don't believe it is...

Yea man same is happening to me and I’m in like year 6 I’m gone pissed if I have to start over and if I start over and it happens again I’m gone be really mad.

So I actually found the solution to the bug. Go into the league settings, and at the very bottom of the list, make sure the user coach auto progression is turned off.
