Bug with Dynasty Coach not getting coins/points upon leveling up

It has happened to me a few times now where my coach levels up, I get the +10 animation during the level up bar, but the points don't actually appear. And this is at low levels so don't believe it is a points cap. It has become frustrating as I am missing out on skills and don't want to have to keep making new coaches every time this happens. please patch asap

    Yea man same is happening to me and I’m in like year 6 I’m gone pissed if I have to start over and if I start over and it happens again I’m gone be really mad.

    I have the same issue with my coach. I’ve reached level 50 and I’ve at nearly 60 thousand xp and he isn’t leveling up to upgrade my coach.

    I've seen a few people comment this same issue, and I've seen responses from other people saying that apparently level 50 is the max level to receive coach points. People are assuming/speculating that that was an intentional design, I guess EA didn't intend on players continuing with one dynasty for so long. I don't know, that's just my interpretation.

    Sadly level 50 is the cap for your coach, so all that extra experience points go to waste.  This makes the missing exp coin bug mentioned by the op even more serious.

    The same thing has happened to me, I’m level 50 coach in Dynasty with a ton of coach abilities to upgrade and I have built up like 50k xp but it won’t give me coins and it won’t upgrade me to level 51

    @jmartin0718 Similar issue here. I've been a level 50 coach with many, many abilities not yet acquired. My XP says I've got 10,000 points to level 51 and I've accumulated 50,000+ XP towards that goal. I'm not set to auto upgrade. I've been stick with 10 coins for about 10 weeks of the season. I don't know how to convert all that XP to coins so I can upgrade my coaching abilities.

    This was happening to me also. I am sure you checked it but, I didn't realize that I had coach auto (upgrade?) on in the dynasty settings.,
