Can’t load into Squad trios.

I have been having the issue where I can’t play trios at all but all other game modes including duos works. Every time I load in and right after the top 3 cards are showed, it says I disconnect. This happens when I have 3 people in the lobby but I can play trios when I only have 1 friend in the lobby and with a random. I am playing with one psn and one xbox user and my crossplay is on for sure. I have no network issues, no season 2 cards and EA has not helped me at all every time I try to get help. Gotten help from Sony and the redirected to me back to EA. Very frustrating trying to solve the issue bc EA help literally does nothing but say they will get back to me.
