Can’t sign into my old email that’s 30 years old

I’ve been playing EA for a long time couldn’t change my email address or my phone number because my last account got hacked. Can someone please direct me to someone from EA that’s a real person or someone that knows what they’re doing so I could try to play my football games. If not, I’ll just take all my EA games and throw them out. It’s not me worth spending any more money for EA games if I can’t link my account to it.
