Some good stuff here. Think some of it could be addressed via patches. Others seem a bit more in depth
I'm bumping this because I think it is a real well put together list.
Hoping that others maybe submit additional suggestions, and that the author keep the first post current with the suggested additions.
(Such as mine for fixing the top-5 visit bug.)
