Community Manager"Pretty meaty"... just read through them. There are maybe two issues listed here that I had even heard about before this update. I am genuinely curious what goes in to deciding the priority workflow on these updates? NONE of the major complaints about this game are addresses or even acknowledged. Customer engagement malpractice.
You would think considering they have generated revenue >$500mn for a game broken in so many ways. That when they deliver a patch it would be one that actually addresses what the community wants, as much as possible.
However, they did also discuss non stop in the lead up to the release the themes of "they have listened to the community and this game is for them" and the "dynasty is the flagship part of this game, and is developed by hardcore college football fans". They really didn't, so why expect them to with a patch. Even when the expectation apparently for revenue from this game was $150m, they could spare some change to complete the partial development of RTG and Dynasty.
Also, can we just have a clear roadmap of what/if any future patches will be addressing for sure?

If I sucked this bad then they either would or I would deserve it even if they didn't.
Either way even if they chose to say nothing I should still be fired for absolutely failing at my job.
Thats what people with real jobs in the real world deal with.
Not fail endlessly and say well ya know coding is umm yeah hard and there's stuff and things so we cant give you anything and you really shouldn't expect anything cause we at least made A game (cause it's certainly not THE game they claimed).
You clearly never worked a job where you deal with the public or customers or you would know not only does this happen but this is damn light in comparison.
@Klingerd3 Hey nerd, I also work for a living. There's zero point in being an is what I was getting at. I'm sorry fixes and improvements aren't catered to you. They'll figure it out or they won't and you won't have to suffer through playing it. You got over 200 hours out of it already, it can't be THAT bad.
They fixed some pretty big bugs: the skill point exploit in RTG, the 20 created coaches issue, box score issues, Heisman award tweaks. 3 gig update isnt dust. And i say this as someone who is highly critical of Ea

I wanted to drop in here and just mention a few things.
I know it's definitely frustrating to see a game update that doesn't include a fix for an issue that you've been reporting. It can feel discouraging when you've been sharing feedback, but the changes you're hoping for haven't been added.
Sometimes it takes time to fix things. Not every bug or issue is as simple as it might seem. It's also not always straightforward when it comes to making changes to the game. What might seem like an easy update might have other implications that need to be tested and evaluated. Just because something hasn't been fixed or changed in this update doesn't mean that we're ignoring it.
I also wanted to say that your feedback isn't going unnoticed. Several of the issues that were fixed in this update came from reports that we gathered here on these forums. Others might have been spotted during a Twitch stream, or from a post on Reddit. We're always looking all over the internet for things that are causing headaches. Here on AHQ, I and the other members of the forums team will continue to pass along your bug reports, feedback, and suggestions.
We know that you're passionate about this game, and we know that you want it to be as great as possible. We're here to help with that as much as we can. Please don't feel discouraged when it comes to giving us your feedback or reporting issues.

@EA_Kent Not as simple as one would think huh?? How about when playing as Texas in Road to the CFP they are stuck with Texas A&M's playbook. How is that not a simple fix? Multiple threads on here and Reddit. It's not like Texas is some low level crap team that nobody would use. Fix the game we paid for!!
still getting the ATH and freshmen not showing up in position change, I thought that was fixed?
dont worry guys, i just spoke to an EA rep, and they told me to "rest assured" they know about this issue and its "been escalated" to the tech team

its crazy how you just cannot run the ball at all anymore...like this game had a fun fast arcade college feel on launch and now it just feels like all the bad parts of madden.
There are at least 2 plays in which the left tackle will literally never block anyone if the defensive end is lined up outside the tackle s right shoulder. I doubt this will ever be fixed
