Btw coaches leveling up is also bugged (big surprise)

I have multiple times in multiple dynasties leveled up and watch the +10 coins pop up only to have no upgrade coins available.

EA and you devs that work for them are something else man.

    Still cannot select Illinois as a pipeline.
