I still can add the 4-2-5 to my custom playbook even if I make it the base for my defense

I had the same problem adding wishbone formation to my custom playbook.    Work around:   pick a defense playbook that already has the 425 when you go to create your custom.   All the other formations that you want not already added in the 425 playbook should be able to add.
