I can't tell if they have corrected the fact of being replaced all the time even though we are starters in RTG mode?

Lol, probably not. Seems they either don't care, they aren't aware because they actually do not pay attention to the community, or they are too inept to fix it. 

Yet here I am every single game having to change the kicking setting cause something as simple as basic game settings will not save and hold.

I do not like or want to use tap and hold. 

Which is why I have it set to tap and tap.

You might think something you have to do every single time you would remember but I promise it's easy to forget and screws up your first kickoff (which isn't as bad) or your first field goal attempt.

2 years at minimum and basic game settings you change will not hold????????

You would think considering they have generated revenue >$500mn for a game broken in so many ways. That when they deliver a patch it would be one that actually addresses what the community wants, as much as possible.

However, they did also discuss non stop in the lead up to the release the themes of  "they have listened to the community and this game is for them" and the "dynasty is the flagship part of this game, and is developed by hardcore college football fans". They really didn't, so why expect them to with a patch. Even when the expectation apparently for revenue from this game was $150m, they could spare some change to complete the partial development of RTG and Dynasty.

Also, can we just have a clear roadmap of what/if any future patches will be addressing for sure?

Oh look! It's the EA bots (or workers) coming to bat for the company! And if we argue back, we all pick up a suspension or ban. What a novel concept

People do talk to me like this at my job. I am accountable to my customers, and when I do not deliver I must answer for the lack of services or products I deliver. That my friend is the definition of being an adult. Accountable….. 

Im going to start a new dynasty to test if it has been fixed

I absolutely love this game and cannot put it down. That being said, I have some suggestions for things I encountered that need to be addressed. BTW I primarily play Offline Dynasty Mode and play every single game.

1. Coach Points - I had no idea there was a cap on this until yesterday and was heartbroken when I found out. I'm in year 5 with UCF and have a level 47 coach. What is the incentive to continue if my coach is not progressing anymore? I can't even re-spec my points. This needs to be looked at. I read that EA's philosophy is that "a coach can't be good at everything". It's a video game. I should be able to sink 100+ hours into making one college or coach a beast if I want to...it's my dynasty and personally that's the whole point of the mode.

2. Formation Substitutions - Madden has this and assigning certain players to certain formations (especially RB's) is the best way to overcome wear and tear (which I love). This should be capable in the Coach tab with schemes along with in game.

3. Formation Audibles - Same as above. This should be available in the Coach tab. I shouldn't have to pause and do this every game.

4. Coach Points randomly disappear if I try to save them for larger rewards or don't get collected at all after leveling. Apparently, this seems to be a common issue.

5. Coach XP Rewards - Some don't register properly. There's a reward for back-to-back Conference Championships. I've won 4 straight but haven't gotten the reward. I'm sure there are more but this is an example of one I noticed.

6. The polls make no sense but thankfully the playoffs do. I think they fixed this today.

7. Suggestion - If I'm the best school in College, shouldn't my success increase the prestige of my Conference? Why should I transfer to the SEC to increase my school's prestige when I'm winning Championships coming out of the Big 12? Shouldn't they come to me? Just a thought.
