Hi can you upgrade the graphical for the Xbox series x. It looks like I'm playing on an Xbox 360. Can you fix this problem?

I’m right here with you bro it’s so weird it’s like all much the names and the helmets. I can’t play it either lol it’s not even enjoyable tbh. Hopefully they fix this and hopefully Madden 25 isn’t like this either bc I ordered the mvp bundle
@jakeshome246 im not even sure if im gettin madden so i just want them to fix this, which i know its possible, whats hppening is basically the same as when cyberpunk first came out and the graphics and gameplay was horrible so i know they can fix this with an update

Mine looked like that (Series S) then I changed to 1080p resolution and now it looks amazing, very sharp.
I’ve played on 1080p and it looks worse lol. There’s a update they needs to put out for this bc it should be nice at higher resolution
