@adb609d8676a4f70 i was told by an ea employee, i assume somehow with a straight face, that an update would be in "48 hours".... this was thursday afternoon. they care so little about their customer base that they will willingly lie

I’ve twitted, called, emailed and chatted, and can’t get an answer. Screw EA, will definitely not buy another EA product. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB so EA will be forced to acknowledge their failed product.
