I have also had the same issue and have made two posts on it. I will add my list here, though it may be repetitive. I’ve posted this (now) in three different locations including here and even tagged people like @EA_Kent
1. Frequency and amount of interceptions by CPU
2. CPU defenders have unrealistic abilities regardless of player rating (vertical jump, receiving, tackling, speed, etc)
3. Offensive line consistently does not block. They won’t even pick up an assignment. Many times they’ll stand up and do nothing.
4. Kick Meter goes nuts even at home.
5. Kick meter “tap and tap” doesn’t save
6. Roughing the kicker called frequently on punts, when it is not user controlled. Unable to prevent it.
7. Max protect pre snap action creates holding penalties.
8. Less than 2 seconds to throw the ball before getting sacked due to above issues, no matter what pass protection.
9. CPU coverage is impenetrable no matter difficulty level.
10. no coin toss. Nearly 99% of the time, I am forced to receive the kickoff.
11. After challenging a play, you are unable to pause the game, and unable to watch instant replay to see if the ruling was still incorrect to obtain a screen grab of the issue.
12. The game does not show the review as the booth is reviewing, whether it’s a challenge or official review.
13. Blocking on kick returns is non existent. Either call a fair catch or get leveled after a 2-5 yard return. (Ex: Alabama is unable to return a punt vs Temple)
14. Receivers (5 Star/highly rated) will drop easily catchable passes in traffic AND wide open. No rhyme or reason. They play as if they are a 40 OVR.
15. There are no tutorials, either on new features or old ones that have been upgraded.
16. opponents (no matter the caliber of the team) will run a no huddle/turbo offense for an entire game without fatigue. It’s unrealistic to expect an FCS team to run no huddle every play against a top 5 D1 team.
17. when switching players to make a sack, or to achieve a user pick, or make a tackle in open field, player will switch to a player out of the action area, which can cause huge plays, broken coverage, etc.
18. CPU speed is faster than user speed, even when user is using a player with 90+ speed and/or acceleration and CPU can be 10 points lower than user speed.
this is not including cosmetic/graphic issues
#18 has caused me a great deal of anger. My 93 speed/92 acceleration RB is constantly being tackled from behind by DL, Linebackers, and CBs who were out on the far side of the field while I am running down the middle.Rarely do any of the players actually have higher speed/accl. Had an 86 speed guy run the same RB down 15 yards downfield running straight line.
In addition to their clearly broken speed/acceleration ratings vs user player's ratings, they also take perfect angles EVERY SINGLE TIME. In about 15 dynasty seasons played I have seen a DB take a bad angle exactly ONE time. They also don't miss tackles and they use hit stick to an extremely unrealistic degree AND NEVER MISS WITH IT!!! They do not get punished for using it and it is BS. I had to turn wear & tear off because they abuse it and it was destroying my players.
#10 is something that blows my mind to this day. Firstly, hiding the coin toss preferences in team settings is just baffling. I never went into those settings and had to have someone explain to me that the coin toss preference is there. What is also baffling is every football game ever made has had coin toss IN THE GAME. How does CFB25 have it as a menu option? EA in all their stupidity also never seemed to have considered that one's coin toss preferences can differ between regulation and overtime. But, guess what? YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE SELECTION DURING A GAME! So, if I prefer to kickoff to start the game but want to start on offense in OT, I am SOL. Whoever was behind this decision should legit be fired for being a complete D.A.
Btw has anyone ever got hard count to work? I have not once got the defense to jump offside. In fact, the defense has never jumped offsides once regardless. But you bet my hard counts have got my OL to false start.
This game is still "fun", but my god it may be the worst sports game I have played since the 90s/very early 00s. It is broken in so many ways, its modes are shallow and lack any sort of depth to it, and the things they hyped up (pregame animations,etc) are all half-arsed. And not being able to skip scenes may be the most blood boiling feature on a game filled with things that make my blood boil lol. I am already mad at the broken AI, do not force me to watch 30 seconds of scenes idgaf about.

Hard count has only ever worked against me. Even at home games. I only draw my own teammates offsides with it. NEVER the defense.

Has the game play changed over the last week for anyone. I am on heisman using matt10 sliders and the game was a blast minus some minor issues. But towards the end of my season 2 last week it started flipping from heisman to all American difficulty. Since starting my season 3 the cpu offense is OP. Scores every time within 5 plays. No chance of stopping them.
also when creating a custom playbook off of 4-2-5, why isn’t a 4-2-5 formation an option.

EA I am begging you to fix the CPU player speeds. Why, oh why, is a 93-speed/ 84-acceleration DB catching my 93-speed/ 94-acceleration RB from behind...15-20 yards downfield? I finally had a play where I broke through the first two levels with no safeties high and that cheating a## CPU caught me from behind when they absolutely should not have been able to. Your game cheats your players. FIX IT! I still have yet to break a run of more than 35 yards in my current season because the CPU continuously cheats like this. This run mentioned previously was a surefire TD but I got cheated. Literally running straight with no defenders in front of me and I got caught by a slower player who was not even coming from an angle. So tired of this. Sucks the fun out of games when you know the CPU is constantly going to cheat you. And I am only playing on varsity. Would hate to see how bad it is on higher difficulty.

Can someone at EA explain how my QB, who leads the country in passing yards, TDs, completion %, QBR, and yards per game (with a few hundred yards on the ground with a couple of rush TDs) is not on the QB of the year watch list (but is 1st in Heisman and 2nd in the Maxwell)?

Just had an 81 speed/88 acceleration DE chase my 97 speed/95 acceleration QB down who was in a straight line sprint, 15 yards from the LOS. The DE was engaged in a block and just shed it and just caught up to me. This game blatantly cheats and this was a pretty good example of it to me. In no universe should that DE be able to catch up to the QB and tackle him from behind. I, at no point, slowed down nor did I run out of stamina. So tired of crap like this. It is such cheap BS
