College Ultimate Team 25

Hi i’m wyatt i have recently spent money on your game College 25 Ultimate team and i pulled a Robert Griffin 98 OVR LTD and my game crashed and i logged back in and the card and the points i spent we’re both not there so if you would kindly put that card in my account i would greatly appreciate it.
