@Thunda3986 I wouldn't expect any communication. Bug reports with detailed errors get deleted, conversations are ignored, issues are acknowledged with canned copy/paste answers, and there is no way to escalate issues with customer support.
I should have known this would be the issue when purchasing the game outright at launch. What I have learned is: don't buy the game. Keep my EA Play subscription and just play the games when they are released on there. This means I get to play the games, and EA doesn't get full revenue for the game.
Ideally, the EU will finally bring their consumer protection offices to bear on EA for their repeated over promise/under deliver, which will prompt shareholders to take action. Until then, the only thing to do is send in the bug reports, and making sure as many people get eyes on the issues such as the lack of adequate customer support, lack of quality assurance, lack of empathy, and a lack of communication with the customer base.
