CPU is too juiced

I’ve been playing CFB games for 2 decades.
Never in any iteration has the player vs cpu gameplay been so broken.
CPU plays on freshman difficulty while it seems like I’m playing on Heisman.
Their receivers are always open and mine are covered like white on rice.
their o-line parts the Red Sea while my Oline blocks one defender per two linemen

its absolutely infuriating and killing the game for me. Not even mentioning all of the other various bugs.

And don’t come at me with “sliders”

Not my job to tune the gameplay.

Fix your game EA

  • I’m having the opposite problem where I’ve tuned the passing to a point that I like but I’m on heisman leading the league in rushing with 3-star rbs with the run blocking slider set to 0 and I’ve never even played on madden’s hardest difficulty

  • EA football games always lay on the cheese. Skeptical that this is the first time you've noticed it. Even more skeptical that they have any inclination to fix it when most of us still win anyway. Game needs to be harder, not fairer. lol

  • I rarely ever play madden. Been playing ncaa 14 since 14 and all the years prior.

no wat it needs to be “harder”. I’m playing in Varsity and the cpu skill is inexplicable for the talent levels of teams I’m playing

I’m not the only one saying the balance is broken. Check some others sites boards

Meh, I've not played any next gen football game more than a week in about 12 years. I'm doing just fine against heisman, not killing them every game bit beating them pretty consistently if they're the same skill as my team. I've not messed with the sliders at all.. I do think they could use some tuning on EA's end but not to make cpu worse.. I'd just make the defensive line a bit better, blocking worse. tackling better, catching better, qb passing a lot worse.
