I'm still missing 4600 points from my mvp bundle pre-order and nobody from EA seems to care. They just keep closing out tickets and deleting forum posts to cover it up. They continue to close out tickets and mark them as resolved without ever responding to me and the 4600 points I should have received over a week ago remain stolen. EA is a scam.
Just adding that this is what I got from opening a ticket and talking to the customer service rep from EA. I, like others posting here, did not receive any of my pre-order deluxe edition bonuses (other than early access).
"Thanks for being On hold , I'll Make An Exception For You An d will share to the Game Developer Team ,And Hope They Will Look Into it . I am really sorry to inform you about this that, the in-game features are designed by Developers and can not be changed. Games are based on mechanism and algorithm. Anything you receive or achieve in the game are server based and completely random and being a customer support we can not change it."
I would hesitate to preorder anything in the future from EA, and I'd urge anyone else not to do so, the pre order bonuses should be an easy make right for EA to track and their response to my issue makes it difficult to want to purchase any of their in game stuff with real money. The game is a ton of fun, I enjoy it, but this whole pre order experience hurts their credibility in my eyes.
