Logged in, told me I had deluxe edition game which is what I paid for, went to UT, and did not receive any packs or points.

I’m having the same problem. I pre ordered the deluxe and have got none of my pre order items despite playing tons of ultimate team online
So when I original purchased the game I bought the standard version. Then after realizing I bought the wrong version I refunded the game and purchased the Deluxe Edition. However, after doing so I was never rewarded the 4600 College Football Points (CUT) that come with the deluxe edition. I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue and if there is anyway to fix it. I have spoke with Xbox support who was very little help having me reset my xbox and xbox account many times without any success. Along with that they told me to redownload the game which also did not work. I then spoke with an amazing EA agent (Camilo) who tried to help but said all they could do was send in a report. The told me to make a forum post so here I am. If anyone knows anything to do to obtain my points it would be greatly appreciated. I tried for 3 hours today an nothing worked so anything helps, thanks.

yeah they make it impossible to get in a live chat now, they just send you here and expect you to solve the issue
