Didn’t receive preorder bonuses CFB25

Logged in, told me I had deluxe edition game which is what I paid for, went to UT, and did not receive any packs or points.

Really ? It’s been months of trying to connect ea and Microsoft and still never received any of my packs or preorder bonuses. Same * ea different year
