Downloading Custom Playbooks and Roster Updates

I can't download any customized playbooks, I keep getting the same message error: Try again later. Nothing works! 

Also, when will there be another roster update, the current rosters and rankings are all wrong. 

I am wondering yet again, why the hell I paid money for this Sh!tty game?!? I am curious how much money have you made from selling points? I guess not enough to do regular weekly roster updates.
