Whole part of the auction is for it to be dictated by what the market is so if your price is past the market medium is, someone just doesn’t pay attention to it then. If you get some fool that buys it though that’s their loss. You don’t ban players for it an asinine as * response. What else should be expected from EA but to further alienate player base.
@energyman827You make great points regarding the purpose and benefit of an auction house within a Ultimate team setting. You are essentially being punished here for selling cards at the price most advantageous for your own interests. It sounds like EA doesn't appreciate users gaining in game currency outside of a micro-transaction for their premium in game currency.
I encourage you to escalate your grievances both within EA's reporting/help methods and outside should that not resolve your grievances.
Otherwise, here is the link to the Better Business Bureau where you can air your grievances with a customer awareness company(updated from prior post incorrectly naming BBB as a governmental agency, thanks to @Anobix for pointing this out).

I agree with your replies through this thread. But as a correction/aside. There's nothing government about the BBB it is just a customer awareness company. There's no governmental oversight to it.
