Anyone else have a problem with those, I’m under the impression that each month you are to receive a loyalty pack from EA. I have Xbox Ultimate and that comes with EA play which I notice because there’s a discount rate in the store for ncaa 25. Well I pre ordered the game and I’m pretty positive I’ve received one, if not zero loyalty packs since the game has been released. Would like to know what the steps are to fixing it
Many of us have had this issue since the launch. I've had numerous chats with EA support. There is nothing they are able to do. It's always one of these replies every time - "You need to open a ticket on the forum and a forum admin will reply to you and help you solve" or "I have to raise your issue to the developers to resolve, please check back in 72 hours". Basically you are not going to get those loyalty packs. There isn't a resolution.
Hey good afternoon, thanks for the advice on where to check. That just doesn’t help. According to my peers and fellow people online. They have been receiving “EA Loyalty packs” every month in return for being a EA Loyalty member. The reason I’m here is because I’ve been a “EA Loyalty member going on 3+ years now and have been playing this game since it’s been released to not receive any of the packs my peers or fellow people online have been. If you have anything else that would help it would be very appreciated, thank you
