Thanks for reaching out to the community and sharing the issues you've encountered with Dynasty.
I wanted to give a quick update the team has just released a new Title Update patch. Check out the patch notes in our post here, or on our ea.com site; TITLE UPDATE AUGUST 8TH, 2024
The team has made several updates to the Dynasty mode, on the patch notes just scroll down to the "Dynasty" section.

@EA_Illium unfortunately, this did not fix any of the issues people are telling you they have problems with in the game mode.
- @AnythingPLZ69 They did fix recruiting bug which I wanted but they didn’t fix lack of job offers.
