Ok. I have deluxe edition Xbox X and an EA account. I have no option to play a friend or ultimate team head to head. It prompts a $19.99 ultimate game pass? Is that my only option? Is there an option through EA without 19.99 a month? Very confusing. What subscription do I need if any that I did not need 11 years ago?

If you want to play online you have to pay for a subscription either monthly or six months or one year that’s the options you have , I agree kinda ridiculous to play online now when we didn’t have to in the past
