EA could just be testing the waters to see how much of a demand there is for College Football this year on console. It's never been said that it won't come to PC, ever, but I think that it won't be this year. There's been some reports about the difficulty in making a new port for the game to be playable on PC, and there has also been some reports about the % of players in the U.S. that play sports video games on console outnumbering those who play on a PC.
Maybe if they quit treating us, PC players, like * and release the current versions and all of their games on PC we will play them.
