I love my rig more than anyone but i’d be very surprised if Madden PC users were “half their player base”.
High end PC gaming is still very niche and expensive. EA is not going to devote resources to such a small group unless the money dictates it.
Sorry I didn’t mean Madden/CFB in general for that statement, but recent studies have shown that PC players make up around 45-50% of the current gaming sphere. So that was more towards EA as a gaming company rather than the Madden players itself.
I'm really struggling to understand how Madden 25 and FC 25 are being released on PC in August and are already available for pre-order but EA decided not to release NCAA 25 on PC... Is there a specific reason for this?
Really? WOW we didn’t know that based on the thread. People are not going to go buy a trash console to play this game. So we obviously EA has a terrible business scheme, let’s cut out multiple markets. I forgot the greed part, I’m sure it because Xbox and PlayStation paid an absurd amount to boost their console sales. I for one will never be purchasing a EA game again.
- @EA_Aljo make it happen. The game is almost unplayable on my xbox series S. It is so laggy. Either it needs to be optimized to run on that system, or make it available on PC. So many people have PCs after the pandemic with good CPUs and GPUs. We gots the hardware. Deliver the goods
Good question. I've sworn off any EA games until they fix this. Alienating your biggest fanbase seems to be a really dumb idea. If it's a NIL thing, college athletes are being screwed out of additional money as well. There are more PC gamers worldwide than Xbox and PS5 combined. Way to go EA.
While this is in fact an answer, it conveys no actual information relevant to the question. It seems likely that this admin believes the game will never come to PC. Dear EA. This is a terrible mistake. Also, to those who are saying EA wont take it to PC because of modders...you know you can mod on the console too right? Maybe you don't. Regardless, I am not buying a console for one game, no matter how much I want to play it. My investment in my gaming pc will have to do. If EA doesn't want my money then they wont get it.
What really needs to happen is for PC players to buy at least one share of EA stock and initiate at vote on bringing it to PC at the next shareholders meeting, the only people companies really listen to are shareholders.
With teambuilder locked behind they paywall of online dynasty look like money was the answer all along, because Im sure EA is getting paid for that decision, by sony and microsoft.
That's not a valid excuse tho when they're bringing all these other games to PC
