Main menu: Mini-games are fun, but put them in a stadium, not the practice dome

Practice mode should allow me the selection of the stadium (ANY stadium in the game), my uniforms, time and weather. 

Some of us spend a lot of time in practice mode, this would be a nice QOL improvement
