Missing coins college kickoff and rush event. CFB 26

A played over 30 games in the college boosted, kickoff event and college rush event. I have not received any coins from this event at all any other event or head to head games and play. I get coins right away for the victories. I need to know what is going on With this and if this fix or somebody can help me out please I’m getting a character packs, but not the coins. I can’t build a team up or get what I need because EA is giving me zero coins and just to brush off.
