MUT Lineup and ability issues

I cannot change players in my line up or activate abilities. If I try to change player positions ot activate abilities I get a message saying EA servers cannot process request and get kicked out of ultimate team or game totally freezes and I have to restart game.  I have Uninstalled game cleared cache, generated best lineup, deleted old lineups tried to create new lineups. Nothing works still have same issue everytime. Anyone else had it to this extent and found a solution?
