Need to fix quick passing in EA Sports College Football 25

So memes about how difficult passing is aside, this game really needs to fix its quick passing.

What I mean is, for example, I have a wide out running a slant, and he gets a yard ahead before hitting the middle of the field, I should be able to zip it in there before he hits that coverage like actual football and not just leading it in there all the time, even if I use directional passing to his opposite side.

Currently, that’s just impossible. I have no idea what changed from the last EA Sports football game I played (Madden 20), but this passing system is simply not accurate to the real thing.

Quarterbacks all the time are zipping in hard thrown passes on slants, short go routes, etc in coverage in real life, and the fact that this game completely eliminates that and basically forces you to always lead the receiver is ridiculous.

I really hope someone at EA Sports see this, because honestly it’s an issue that needs to be addressed badly.
