@BlueIsTheColor70 The communication with customers/fans and lack of engagement from the community managers has been absolutely mind blowing. I have never seen a company with as many resources as EA utterly fail so bad at customer engagement. There are people paid full time to give us updates and at least let us know they are listening and since the first week update, its absolute zero comms from them. I have been a CFB fanboy since its announcement but I am going to be requesting a refund today as well. Not fixing the game is one thing, but completely ignoring us is so much worse.
- 2 years ago@SgtSlugbug I’ve been a CFB fanboy probably since I was 10 years old (30 now) and the way they are letting it crumble is so sad. This game had so much potential and still does if EA chooses to dedicate the resources!

Stock is up last 6 months, and up 16% over the last year. So as far as they know, everything is just fine
