not being able to play solo season or challenges

for a two seasons now I cant play solo season or challenges without it taking me back to the menu saying that their servers cant process it now. for Challenges, it has been starting for the last 3 season so far, ea has told me its a tech issue on their end. Does anyone else have the same problem? any solutions? thanks
