Question for the players: Which Game is better right now: NCAA 14 or CFB 25 ?

Even with all the innovation and graphics updates, I still enjoy playing NCAA14 over the new CFB 25. With the exception of graphics, it’s a superior game in every way.

  • With the state that CFB25 is in right now I agree, but I prefer to play NCAA 13, if it had the graphics of CFB25 it would be perfect.

  • No brainer, NCAA 14 was way more fun.

    Main reasons why:

    - Can't edit numbers and numbers change automatically for no reason. This is the main way we identify players this is unacceptable.

    - No mass subs, they put in wear and tear but I have to spend a few minutes taking my starters out in a blowout to reduce wear and tear, really?

    - Teambuilder was better in 14, EA concentrated on details some of which are cool but missed major aspects like fight song, mascot, and editing your schools prestige. I can understand not being able to edit player names on teambuilder website as they can be downloaded by other users,  but why can't they show your teams OVR rating on th website?

    - Tackling- tackling it way to hard

    -  Teambuilder available for online dynasty only, why? Probably Money.

    - Editability- Why can you make more changes in Madden then cfb 25? I get the NIL complications so lock all original players but let us edit recruits and teambuilder players. Unacceptable.

Overall I haven't played the game for more than a couple hours in the last 2 weeks. Not sure if/when I'll return.  Definitely not gonna be buying cfb 26 unless they make this game fun.

It is amazing how much they stripped away from the original NCAA series, just playing a game in NCAA13 and how the lighting changes to correspond to the time of the game is unbelieveable.  I know the NCAA series had multiple years to create and improve the game each year.  As for now, there is not the same yearly dedication to it, what a shame.  Imagine the game of today that would improve and add to it's content as it did in the NCAA series.
