I think everyone has opportunity to improve and meant that EA and all the other Tech Companies have an opportunity to do better going forward. I think most are too accepting of other Tech companies and products that have constant updates but then hold some (EA in this case) to a standard they won't hold Apple or Microsoft, etc to since they just want to sh!t allover EA
End of the day everyone should look to do better otherwise you are just stuck.
People are upset because they didn’t get what they paid for.
