@69487e29b7b4c46a The recruiting hours are "remembered" week to week so they'll act in the same manner the next week if you make no changes. This can speed up your recruiting if you are trying to get the same guys. If you go to an action such as "Send the House" and hold Y or Triangle it will remove that option freeing those points. If a player signs those points will automatically become available to use the next week but similarly you have to remove the player from your board if they sign with another team.

My assumption, which is unverified is taking them off your board removes your chance of the commit changing to you on National Signing day.

No ability to bulk clear your hours week to week.
