You can just recreate the same lineup you had before.
I'm not aware of any compensation for this, but if it happens, we'll make an announcement.

Everytime I try to play Solo Seasons in Ultimate Team, I get booted & told that "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later".
This has been the last 3 days.
Make it stop.
Did you try everything suggested in this thread?
Not yet, I'll let you know when I get home & give it a go.
Just power down my XBox & Router for 2 minutes, restart the router & wait for it to get up & running, then restart my XBox... then try a new lineup?
Try a new lineup first. If that doesn't work, go through the power cycling process I mentioned.
Success.
I started with the router, & XBox restart… but success, none the less.

They got an answer because it's an issue we can help with. We won't have any news on Dynasty fixes until patch notes are released.
