Also had this issue where the game froze and in squads and I was given the loss and teammate given the win. EAs answer is that it’s the users connection problem which is absurd considering I have great internet. They refuse to take any accountability for their sh*t servers and refuse to compensate any player. They don’t care about their customers besides their money. Horrible company
