Squads not loading bug

The game will not load if my buddy is assigned as the Offensive Coordinator. We have tried to play as any role and swapping roles. With almost clock work predictability, when I am assigned offense, the game loads with zero issues. However, no joy if he is offense. Normally, this may not necessarily be a big issue but considering the AWESOME players he has pulled from packs......we want to play with his O.
