@Bold814 From my experience, and I think its the same in Madden the play now is based on team player skills only. For franchise and I believe dynasty it takes into account your "talent forecast" some. It's looking at the whole roster and accounting for the young talent of the depth chart versus old players. Either that or it's simply including depth players which matter in Franchise and Dynasty where play now depth players don't really matter beyond a freak injury.
