I'm really disappointed. I was so hyped for this game. Too bad it's just a mess of shi÷÷y scripting in game, hollow game modes, and missing features. If I wasn't so blatantly past my play time limit, I would be hammering for a refund. I despise modern EA.
I'm at that point as well, especially since there's a pretty extensive list of Xbox Series S exclusive bugs at the moment.

You can always do a charge-back for the game, just know that in doing so (assuming you bought it digitally) the account will be banned.
In regard to your other post, though, there's no way that the game is in a shape that would remotely deem a class action lawsuit.
