Ultimate fix for transfer portal/recruiting

I think the best fix for the lack of players in the transfer portal and ridiculous recruiting by teams is having playing time be a permanent dealbreaker for every single player. So each player would have two dealbreakers.

How many times do you see a team with 10-12 QBs in this game. All 4 and 5 stars? It doesn’t make sense at all. Then they never transfer. The transfer portal is basically dead after like the 3rd or 4th season. Especially in online dynasties with 32 users. 
It’s just very unrealistic and hoping this is a fix. No HS recruit is committing to a school that already has 2 other high rated QB recruits. 
also needs to be a big discussion on how two corners or two receivers visiting is a competitive visit. Doesn’t make sense.
