thank you so much for sharing this information. This is very helpful. I used it as a workaround to get a #10 player in the Texas Longhorns' roster. Therefore I just changed a lower rated #16 player and now the higher rated QB Manning is wearing #10. Cool stuff. Thanks again for finding out and sharing.
